First ,when your parents push you so hard, communicate with them. In my opinion, communition is the best way to solve the problems ,you could sit down and talk with your parents to find an acceptable way.

 Second, you can write a diary, it can keep the nervousness yourself.

 Third, when you are angry, maybe you can try to listen to the music. Good music can make you relaxed and it also can let you bad mood die down.
