   First,you should eat fruits and vegetables four or fine times a week.Then,you should better eat some tofu products every.Because it is good for people,young and old Milk and yogurt are aiso necessary,espeiuly for woman.So you should drink milk and yogurt twice a day.It can help you to be stay.Next,do more exercises every morning or evening.After supper,you should better go out for a week.
