About Me

I live in Ipanema4 in Rio de Janeiro. This town is between the beach and a small inner lake. In this lake, there is a tiny island with a club where my parents are its members. It is a ten-minute-walk from home and I often go there in the afternoon or on weekends to swim and have fun. Ipanema Beach is also a ten-minute-walk from home, and it is where I take surfing classes twice a week. This is my first year and I really enjoy it.
My school is far—a half-hour drive away—and I arrive  home at 2:00 p.m. The rest of the day is dedicated to5 surfing, swimming, or taking extra classes on subjects that I need for school.
On weekends I go out with my friends to the movies or to the beach. I also enjoy the time when my family meets for a meal. I just love them.

If I could be...

I would like to be a movie star or rock star. The reason  is that I enjoy performing on stage, which is something I have always been able to do, in spite of being shy. I also like music, especially rock music, and would like to play the electric guitar and the drums. Next year, I intend to learn how to play the guitar first because it is the basis for the electric guitar.
If not a movie star, I would like to win a medal in surfing and why not become a professional surfer, winning medals everywhere? I am taking surfing classes on the beach nearby, and just love the beach and love surfing.
I would not complain about going to outer space as a tourist, but have this as my regular activity? No. And I do not see myself as the leader of my country because Brazil has big problems that I would not be able to handle. I have to learn how to solve my own before trying to face such big problems.
