A serious traffic jam occurred in central Cairo because two ladies in mini-skirt attracted the attention of hundreds of passersby and dozens of motor drivers. To avoid similar trouble, Cairo Municipal Police decided that anyone in mini-skirt shall be under arrest and be sent to court in the name of “improper behaviors”.
