At that moment，everybody began to laugh and sing．
We went to the Town Hall on the New Year's Eve.There were a lot of people there.In twenty minutes,the Town Hall clock would strike twelve.At five to twelve,it stopped.It refuse to welcome the New Year.At that moment,everybody began to laugh and sing.
