Li Hua always stays up late into the night , working hard at his studies and he can't sleep well at night .Now he is in poor health . He ofter catches a cold or runs a fever.
Last Saturday , he went to see a doctor.The doctor gave him a physical examination and prescribed him some medicine.
Afterwards ,the doctor adcised him to do more exercise to keep fit , try to have enough sleep and form good living habits.
Li Hua realized the importance of health and was determined to follow the doctor's advice.
