Of course, it`s important to drink much-one liter of water. So you should not drink Coke . You should not worry about your wight. You can do exercise regularly. And you can ride your bike to shool.
  If you try to do that. You will lose your weight.                                  Keep your mind and body healthy
  About your body and mind healthy . I think, it`s oaky to be in a bad mood once in a while . but if you always angry . It`s not healthy.
  First of all, it`s important to feel comfortable around people. You should also get enough sleep very night. You can talk to your best friends about your feelings. If you need to cry,you can count to ten . Finally,you should try to do your best to make you happy right now.
  If you try to do that , you will keep your body and mind healthy. that. You will lose wight.
