读《最后一片叶子》有感
闲暇之时读一本书，乃人生第一大乐趣，更何况是一本好书。
欧·亨利市威廉·西德尼·波特的笔名。波特出生于北卡罗莱州，年幼辍学，在药店和畜牧场工作过，也做过新闻记者。在银行工作时，因挪用公款入狱三年，在狱中开始为报纸和杂志写短篇小说。《最后一片叶子》是他的一部经典小说。
　主人公乔安娜患有肺炎，医生说她想活下去就要有精神支撑。她的女伴非常伤心，她却看着外面的常青藤想：最后一片叶子落下来，她的生命也就结束了。她的朋友伯曼先生听说，在最后一片叶子落下——一个阴暗、寒冷和潮湿的夜晚，用颜料在墙上画上了一片叶子，可他却因感染肺炎去世了。乔安娜则因为那片叶子的支撑，一点点好了起来。
　　读完之后，我双泪纵横，肯为朋友牺牲的人实不多见了啊！
　　我认为《最后一片叶子》是一本好书。
