This afternoon, Teacher Monique that lives in Miami, Florida gave me a lesson. Here’s a part of our dialogue:
Monique: Jenny, how will you communicate with family or friends who live far away?
Me: I will communicate with my friends on Skype, or we can send emails. I will communicate with my family by using QQ or using telephone.
Monique: Oh, Ok. What might be a problem that some relatives live far from each other?
Me: It might that some relatives know one language and you didn’t know. You know one language but they didn’t know. It will be hard to communicate with each other.
Monique: OK. How can you tell that Juno is smart?
Me: Because that even Juno don’t know Korea. But he still can understand what the letter means by looking at the things put inside.
Monique: OK, very good. What will you send in an envelope to a faraway relative?
Me: I will send pictures of beautiful places I drew.
Monique: Well, what names will you gave the two kittens. One is a boy and his name is Juno. The other is a girl, what name will you choose for her?
Me: I think I will choose Kitty, because that Kitty is usually a name for cats …
We talked for thirty minutes, I feel that we talked good, but I stammered. I think that if we talk more, I will not stammer, but that isn’t as easy as you think it would be.
