　　One day in the summer vacation.I get up at 6:00.I wash my face and brush my teeth .Then I clean my room.I have breakfast at about 6:30. I have milk and bread for breakfast.I do morning exercises at 7:50. Then I go shopping with my mother at 8：30.At 12:00 ，I have some vegetable ，noodles and meat for lunch.I do my honework at 1:00.I help my mother with the housework at 4:00.At 6:30,I have rice and fish for dinner. I watch TV at 8:00 in the evening.I go to bed at 10:00.
