NO RISK NO PROGRESS|

In any walk of life, disappointments will go before success. As Walter Wriston said, “Failure is not a crime. Failure to learn from failure is.”
When Jim Burke became the head of a new products division, his product failed and Burke expected that he would be fired.
He was called to see the chairman of the board. “Are you the one who just cost us all that money? Well, I just want to congratulate you. If you are making mistakes, that means you are taking risks, and we won't grow unless you take the risks.” Some years later, when Burke became chairman, he continued to spread the word.
By taking risk, you will accomplish more than you ever thought you could.
