A Romanian man plans to make a complaint about a rope that he used in a failed attempt to hang himself. The 45-year-old Victor Dodoi, was found hanging from a tree in his garden. His relatives cut the rope with a knife and took him to hospital. As soon as he was released, Dodoi said he would file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Authority about the quality of the rope， which was easily cut.
