Russian President Vladimir Putin was on his first official visit to the United States from November 13 to 15. he had talks with US President George W. Bush on anti-terrorism and weapon disarmament. Putin offered support for the US air attack against Taliban. The two presidents agreed to reduce nuclear weapons in the next 10 years.
